all of this past weekend i saw ross anthony taking pics. he would try to sneak a shot here and there, and me being the ultimate photo sneaker, i was way ahead of him. i told him if he wanted, i’d post up HIS version of our trip on here. he agreed that he didnt know how to “make a blog” but that he wanted to do it with me. so, here it is… enjoy. thanks ross!
friday i got to majette’s around 9 30 or so. if you don’t already know majette works all
night. so basically he was his typical self. tired and bitter. we then went to killgore’s to pick everyone else up. since majette was so tired, i got to drive. my car doesn’t go over 35 mph so it was a nice lil treat to drive the high speed super car he has. in our car was majette, jon jon, john schmidt, aragon and myself.
majette kept telling me to drive faster, till i could handle the G forces .
only after the needle went over 120 would he shut up.
we got there around 4 pm…
and everyone had to fill out a waiver, even ben.
the park treated us to dinner and then they let us skate for a private session from 9-midnight.
the next morning we woke up around noon or so and headed over to the park. some of us
were excited to skate while some just wanted to go back to bed.
it was a nice to see that team woge had showed up in the middle of the night.
that day the park was a lil more crowded ^ but many tricks still went down \/.
later that night we had a product toss and then skated again till midnight.
the next day, corey lennon and i woke up early and went to the park at 9. this is the best time to skate because this is probably the only time this park isn’t crowded … 9 am on a sunday morning. unfortunately our mussels and joints did not agree that this was the best time to skate so we decided to go to the beach instead.
we left around noon and i rode with cheshire, killgore (who drives with his eyes closed), jon jon and chris shaw.
overall the best weekend i’ve had in a while.
