Ok. This has taken a bit of time to put together, but to be fair, it all happened pretty quickly. Two weeks into August and talks of another February meet up were discussed - a week later, four of us were being baked alive in the soaring heat of Las Vegas. As usual, it was pretty exclusive…

London was a cool 19C when I left that morning, when I arrived in Philly I totaly wasn’t prepaired… thank god for air conditioning.

First stop… Wawa - there is no no other. Icee’s all around and the first of many.

We dropped the gear off at Mikes and headed out for that legendary Thursday Night Skate at Boarderline…

…via WTHN in the old part of Philadelphia.

I was jet lagged but didn’t really expect to be skating till the end of the session which worked out about 4am UK time.

On Friday we had to travel up to New YorK. It was exactly 6 months to the day since our Exclusives™ meet-up in February.

Korean BBQ with some Supreme hosts…

Mike took me on a sight-seeing tour of Philadelphia.

That evening Mike and his girlfriend took me to the beach near Atlantic City. It was the first time I had visited the shore in about 9 years.

Monday was an early start. The night before we had a killer Mexican. The bean soup had left me full of gas and people wern’t impressed.

Mike was stuck between two old ladies on the flight to Vegas

I got lucky on a ailse seat.

As soon as we got off the plane, there were slot machines… AS SOON AS WE GOT OFF.

The first thing we did at the hotel…? Watched Save By The Bell and did some ironing!

Oh, and checked out the view!

PARIS!

In the lobby - there’s always someone who wants a photo!

Now, if you are a vegetarian, or happen to be on a diet whilst visiting Vegas, you better like Starbucks. The only healthy food we came across all week.

We took the taxi over to the convention centre to collect our passes and to witness the freak show of all-over-print hoody hypebeasts standing around in 105F heat.

The Jordan booth - why would you put a navy J1 retro next to a bunch of originals?

Passes were selling for $300 on the door…

The Hundreds crew…

…and their busines cards.

I knew i’d bump into someone from the UK. I just didnt expect it to be after only an hour. Mike from Triage in Brighton.

The end of day meeting place. PETE! WHERE ARE YOU? WEVE BEEN STOOD HERE FOR HALF AN HOUR!

Apollo throwing up the E™

Davee on the shuttle back to the hotel.

After spending almost an hour and a half looking for somewhere to eat, we headed over to Ceasers and found a little place to sit down. Jet lag was catching up with me - i’d barely gotten over the 5 hour difference to Philly, let alone the other 3 to Vegas, but the Jordan party was that evening so I needed to wake up a bit - I shouldn’t have chosen turkey for dinner…

So the Jordan party was pretty sweet. We were lead through loads of coridoors up onto a roof terrace. The venue was amazing - Paris Hilton has her album launch party at this place the following night.

You can’t really see it here, but all the women (and men) working there were wearing black and silver flight tee’s, pretty sweet, PLUS they didn’t even want tipping.

“Yo Pete, show the wallet that inspired the Supreme Blazers”

If it wasn’t for this guy, I wouldn’t have been out there. Big John from Nike.

Breakfast at the Belagio

We headed over to Project on the other side of town. Just like Magic, just A LOT bigger, and no hypebeasts. phew.

Half a mile of denim.

Mike and Atmos founder Hommyo. Such soft hands!

The taxi line was way too long… so we jumped into a limo.

…and got out probably the most random place in Vegas.

Mike and I started on our mission to locate the Puma suite at the Hard Rock Hotel. It involved a lot of walking, searching for a taxi and trying to remember the suite number in the hotel. Id come prepaired in clydes.

We wern’t too sure if we were in the right place… the suites were a little easier to find than expected

And we were in!

That night we went to dinner at Ceasars again for dinner. This time we sat in this courtyard. It took me about 5 minutes to realise we were actually inside.

We called Steve back in England to let him know about the Pumas we had for him.

meh

One of the reception halls at the Belagio.

On Wednesday evening we had a huge dinner with LRG at Nobu in the Hard Rock Hotel. The bill was about $3000. It took them about an hour to set up tables for us so I ended up giving even more money to Las Vegas while we were waiting…

Tuna?

The taxi line was too long so we got a few limo’s again over to a party on the other side of the strip.

But by the time we got there, it was rammed, so we just went to another casino.

Some German girls.

We got back to Philly and had a little dressing up session.
