Some of you probably already know about HYDRO 74, but for those who dont, this is digital illustration at it’s finest (in my opinion) not really much more to be said except check it out.

Lamborghini has annonced a special Versace Edition Murciélago at this years Paris Motor Show. The Murciélago has a polished white exterior with a black interior and white seats. The car does not differ from the standard Murciélago LP640 performance wise and the edition is purely cosmetic (As is the Gallardo Privilegio edition, now known as the Nera edition). The seats and center console (which is surrounded by carbon fiber) features the Versace signature Greek Key motif. As it is a limited edition there is a plaque behind the center console with both the Versace and Lamborghini logo on it with the edition number…for real.

Ok. This has taken a bit of time to put together, but to be fair, it all happened pretty quickly. Two weeks into August and talks of another February meet up were discussed – a week later, four of us were being baked alive in the soaring heat of Las Vegas. As usual, it was pretty exclusive…

Let’s face it; there’s going to be a time where the saturation of sneakers is going to lead us to find other shoe alternatives. I’m feeling it right now escaping from sneakers and moving on to other things (of course I will still be collecting Jordans). Wallabee’s are coming back strong. Futura just did a collabortion with Clarks and now available is the collaboration between House Industries and Medium entitled the Artboris. I liked the Dwell and Medium collaboration, but this tops it. I’ve been waiting for these to release and now available here for a pretty reasonable price.

Remember the Korean movie about skaters called “The Aggressives”? Well Youtube brought the glory of showing the opening intro along with another clip from the movie. Enjoy yourself.

Intuition Skate Shop remixed their website and what better way to revive it blog style. For the small content it has so far, I was entertained by watching the classic Battle My Crew section that put them on the map as well as the K.I.L. galleries which are always a good way to waste your precious time. Anyway, head over there at www.intuitionskate.com.
Business Week has a really fantastic article about Apple’s VP of Industrial Design, Jonathan Ive. Extremely awe inspiring, Ive was responsible for the iMac, iPod and almost all the other beautiful products Apple has been putting out for the past several years.

Banksy, Banksy, Banksy. He’s been causing a ruckus all over the place.. possibly leading to his show. My cousin called me up on Sunday just to tell me that the line had been about a block or two long just to go see the show. From the looks of it, it looks worth it.

The dry robotic wit coupled with the simply modeled explanations as well as apparently being a test subject in a lab makes for a simple/clean, yet undoubtedly complex end product that makes me actually want to play more video games….scary.
