Looks like it came a little early (due to leaks no doubt). It might be nothing to you but it’s the shit to me.

Looks like the boys over at helios got some high speed filmin’ going on. Kinda wish we were doing stuff like this when I was working there, but none the less a great spot. According to my pal Brad it looks crazy good in HD.

The JS Wedding…

WOW. One of my closest and oldest friends has gotten married! This past Saturday, June 24th, 2006 found Jimmy Shuda and Jamie Schaefer at The Doctor’s Inn in Cape May Court House, NJ getting married. Majette, and I took a ton of photos, so I will let them do the talking.

Congratulations to the Shudas!

apple has come a long way

this is a video from 2001 when Steve Jobs first introduced the ipod. Notice their stage compared to their conferences now, and notice how no one in the audience seems to care about the ipod at all.

San Francisco Fixed Gear

Mark Arcenal had something to do with this, makes me want to ditch my mountain bike for something new. Just like when soap shoes came out.

The Hype Machine

hype_machine.jpg
Thank God for computers, internet, and music. Without it I’d spend my shoe money on music. The infamous Tommy Boy sent me a link to this hot site called the Hype Machine. It is a search engine for audio blogs in which you can find good remixes as well as regular hits. Definitely a must to RSS.

If You Were Rich You’d Make This Video Too

Clip 3 Review

1

I have been anticipating this movie since the Clip team has been in production. I am a huge fan of the series and love what they were doing with their movies and for the industry. Lukas V. Monkiewitsch and Jochen Smuda are the masterminds behind it, but with help from the likes of Sylvain Biard, Fabian Drung, Mortitz Drung, Adam
Entwistle, Chris Koll, and Ivo Schäppi.

Biggie Action Figure

biggie_toy.jpg
Mezco is coming out with this exclusive toy of Biggie, inspired by his “Hypnotized” video. I tried to see if you could pre-order it, but it doesn’t look like you can do it. Although I was happy to see this figure available. “Ah, you’re startin’ to piss me off you pigley son of a bitch, CALL ME!”

Dundee to New York – January 2006

So to get my personal page moving I thought I’d finally post up the pics of my trip to NYC in January. Featuring Matt Andrews, Mike Rios, Fatman Scoop, Jon Ortiz, Martin Luther King, the white Gary Coleman, Rammelle Knight, some puppets, plus more…

Goodfoot…finally

g
Toronto’s own goodfoot finally gets a real website. Long were the days of the sign up for the mailing list. The randomly updated splash pages. The new site boasts a random colorway each time you visit, a product view which is hopefully accurate to whats actually in the store, plus more.

So why not get on the goodfoot

Woah now….slow it down

shake.jpg
So you’re saying that Shake, the program that used to cost about 3 grand, is now 500 bucks? The same program that they say was used on all kinds of fancy Hollywood movies now costs less than Photoshop? Wow, from $2999 down to $499, I need to get ahold of whatever they’re smoking over there at Apple. May this be an inspiration for all of you out there who were interested in Shake before to start saving your money up and get your learn on so you can get what will most likely end up being a higher paying job.
Now you could buy the software and this whole collection of tutorials and still not break a grand.

oh yea, and if you’re a student, you can get it for $250, you can’t go wrong.

Artysm 2006 line

artysm.jpg
Artysm finally updated their site with a preview of their latest collection. I stress preivew a lot. Basically it’s a video of what looks like Jeremy Jimenez trying on the clothes and it’s functions. T-shirts with pockets and pants that convert to shorts…kind of. Take a look at their site.

Also Le Bouclard is the main sactuary of Artysm. From the last time I was there, the boutique seems to have grown from a hole-in-the-wall shop to an essential store to shop in when you are in Paris.
